Join us on Thursday, April 25 for a special wine dinner featuring wines chosen by Beverly Tabbron, an evening of carefully curated food and wine.
Beverly Tabbron MW graduated from Kings College London in 1979 with a BA joint honours degree in German and Latin. Since passing her Master of Wine in 1996 and becoming a member of this prestigious Institute, which now comprises 370 members in 28 countries (of which 125 are women), Beverly has been responsible for purchasing at Hallgarten & Novum, with particular emphasis on their French portfolio since 2014. She has also taken on a new role within the company as head of training and education, leading a team of three trainers responsible for teaching WSET courses to Hallgarten staff and customers, as well as supporting our customers with sessions on product knowledge and wine service.
The evening starts in the Barn at 7pm an opportunity to meet and mingle with other guests. At 7.30 we all sit down for dinner, around the Barn table or on individual tables in the pub if you prefer, with wines to accompany each course.
It is probably best to have booked a taxi home. However, you are welcome to leave your car here overnight or book one of our six luxurious rooms at Beech House.
We are sure you will have an enjoyable evening with good food, great wines and convivial company, and hopefully, you will have learned something about the magic of wine.
