About the Host:
Eleonora Rabino grew up between Sicily and Friuli Venezia Giulia. Always surrounded by vineyards, thanks to her father’s profession – winemaker – she has always known that wine would have been her future. However, she took a different path.
Following her love for languages and different cultures, she moved to the US when she was 17 and lived with an American family for an entire year. After returning to Italy and graduating from High School, she decided to study Japanese language and economics at Ca’Foscari University of Venice. During those years, she had a chance to live and study in Japan twice.
In 2019 she started working with Ethica Wines, first in Italy and then in Miami, supporting the CFO in administrative and accounting activities. In 2020, she decided to move back home and in 2021 she left Ethica Wines. Aiming to become an export manager, she attended a Master in Wine Export Management at Sant’Anna University in Pisa. This experience led her to Ricasoli (September 2021) where she started working as Sales&Marketing assistant. Through the years Eleonora has been suppporting the two Export Directors all over the world and a chance to visit several different markets. Today Eleonora is the Export Manager for Ricasoli and, together with Filippo Vanni, she manages South America, Caribbean Island and Asia.
