Welcome Chippewa Valley Foodies!We would cordially love to invite you to join a little soiree that we've put together along with none other than Eric Koskovich, welcoming you all into our space for a little 3 course meal and comradery!

Suite 210 (On the Second Floor located in the Skyway)
Time - A Cocktail Hour will begin at 5:00p.m. Followed by dinner promptly at 6:00p.m.
Price - Tickets will be set at $35/Seat (This will not include Drinks outside of Water and Coffee)
Reservations - Will be required, Seating will be limited, once we hit our capacity we will close reservations. This is a private event, and a reservation list will be on hand unfortunately closing the space to walk-in guests for the evening.
Cocktail Hr - Will be accompanied with a Grazing Table celebrating Wisconsin's local Cheese Makers and Meat Heads
Menu - 1st Cellar'd Borscht | A Winter Root Potage. Black Peppered Kale Cracker. Whipped Goat Cheese. Herbs.
Family Style "Feast" | Lemon & Thyme Roasted Hen. Roasted Gourd Manicotti. "Red Meat" Roast (Either, Venison, Lamb or Grassfed Beef, flexible depending on harvest dates)
Last | Tres Leches Cheesecake
Dietary Restrictions and Substitutions - Vegetarian / Gluten-free / Vegan Options will be available and we request that all dietary restrictions be communicated at the time of purchasing you Tickets. If we are unable to accommodate specific requests, we will fully refund you the price of your ticket and hope to catch you next time. If the request requires a complete overhaul from the menu offered, we will reach out and provide several options however these changes may be reflected in the price of the meal to cover the costs of providing these alternatives, all of which will be well communicated ahead of time.
