Join us for a live re-enactment of Margaret Hamilton, the iconic actress best known for her unforgettable role as the Wicked Witch of the West in the 1939 classic The Wizard of Oz. In addition to her unforgettable performance in that classic film, Hamilton was a prolific character actress with deep Cleveland roots—born and raised in the city and beginning her career at the Cleveland Play House.The event will take place on Thursday, October 23, at noon at Collision Bend Brewing Company, 1261 Babbitt Rd, Euclid. A buffet lunch will be served starting at 12:00 p.m., followed by the featured speaker at 12:45 p.m.
Tickets are $18 for members of the Friends of the Euclid Public Library and $20 for non-members, with lunch included in the ticket price.
