David Vendetti returns to share three workshops at the Union!Saturday, November 30th at 1-3pm: Rising in Resilience
What are the ways in which we connect to others, to ourselves, and to something deeper? And when we have this connection what is the natural unraveling and evolution.
The yogic arts give us a unique window into the postures that ground and empower us in the present. These include some of the incredible breathing techniques that bring serenity and energy to your life.
Join us for an inspiring workshop where we’ll uncover what it takes to thrive, physically and emotionally… especially during challenging times.
We will be building strength with smart, progressive strategies, and tap into breathing techniques that unlock boundless energy.
Engage in a full-body circuit of stretches to enhance your range of motion, and learn key actions that reduce anxiety by deepening your connection to yourself and others.
Top it off with a powerful heart-opening meditation that will leave you feeling a sense of wonder and incredible vibration.
Let’s rise together in resilience and create a life through the world of yoga filled with strength, love, and authentic community that will support us now and give us tools for future adventures!

There is nothing quite like this experience! Come and see for yourself, how amazing you are!

With different layering of postures and the subtle and sometimes not so subtle use of props… we will find tricks and techniques that help us sit in meditation, walk freely, stand taller and move through yoga postures in an effortless way!
Caution this class may cause waves of happiness, laughter and tears of joy.
