A Trauma-Informed Experiential Workshop
Info: This full day trauma informed healing workshop supports self expression, emotional regulation, and embodied wellness through applied theatre and mindfulness practices. Facilitated by Rosalyn Smith-Stover and Trisha Mann- Grant, participants are guided through gentle somatic exercises, voice work, and creative exploration in a safe consent based environment. The experience includes grounding and intention setting, embodied awareness practices, exploration of authentic voice, and emotional regulation tools. No acting experience is required. All activities are optional, adaptable, and designed to honor each participant’s lived experience.
This workshop is ideal for anyone seeking healing, presence, and connection through embodied creative practice.
