About this Event
Join us for FLUID- a transformative guided MOVING somatic session where we will combine the therapeutic benefits of walking, the healing benefits of nature & music, somasensory exercises to release tension/emotion/trauma, and the healing power of DANCE for self expression and build confidence! This immersive experience will take place on the crystal cove walking paths. We will be walking and taking breaks for somatic exercises and to dance along the way. This class is especially helpful for those who seem to stay in sympathetic activation (more anxious, fidgety, busy/restless mind, not able to relax or be present) and who are wanting to heal, connect with themselves, relieve stress with new like minded people in a supportive and uplifting environment. We will start and end with a closing circle. Silent disco headphones are provided for the complete immersive experience!! This is a one of a kind class and an experience :) No experience necessary. No steps to memorize. All fitness levels welcome. Join us at a beautiful Crystal Cove as we dance towards healing, connection, and growth.
We will meet in the Trader Joe's parking lot across the street. you will see a white van and green flags. Please arrive a few minutes early to check in and get your headset. We will walk over to the trails together.
