Join us for A Walk to Remember, a heartfelt one-mile Memories Walk that begins at St Kentigern Hospice. This special event brings together the community to honor and remember loved ones with a moment of silence to light a candle at St Asaph Cathedral. After the walk, you are invited to join our Light Up a Life Hospice Service, followed by a moment of reflection at our beautifully illuminated Tree of Lights.This is a wonderful opportunity to gather with others, share memories, and find comfort during this reflective time of year. Whether you are remembering a loved one who has passed, or simply wish to support the hospice community, your presence is warmly welcomed.

2:30pm Arrival for Walk at St Kentigern Hospice
3pm Memories Walk: A gentle one-mile walk through the local area
3:15pm Arrive at Cathedral to light a candle
3:45-4:30pm: Return to hospice, browse stalls and refreshments from Caffi Cariad
5:00pm: Light Up a Life Service begins
5:45pm: Service ends, refreshments still available
