Meet Daniel Boone and his wife Rebecca, as played authentically by famous historical actors. Tour the historic home where the Boones once lived, and meet and visit with these famous Missourians portrayed by Colonel Robert Pecoraro and his wife, Shirley, National Association for Interpretation Volunteer Award winners. Daniel and Rebecca’s lives were filled with joy, happiness, hardship, and tragedy, yet they survived and persevered as partners for 56 years. The interpreters discuss life on the frontier and show you a collection of original antique weapons and accoutrements from the French and Indian War and the Revolutionary War. Admission to the Boone Home is $8 for adults, $6 for seniors ages 60 and up, and $5 for children ages 5–12. Active and retired military and children 4 and under are free.
