Back by popular demand! A Food Lover's delight, this hands-on class will show you how you can make these classic Vietnamese dishes at home. I can’t wait to cook these with you.Zingy, fresh, indulgent, a real party of flavours. I adore this class and once you know how easy it is to make bao buns, your family is going to really appreciate it!

Imagine deciding on Vietnamese food for dinner and being able to whip it up yourself in no time.
By the end of this class, you’ll be enjoying my simple methods of cooking that can bring an incredible meal to the table in no time.
We’re going to make Bao Buns from scratch and to complete this dish we’ll make Crispy Chicken, a zingy slaw and a Spicy Sauce to complete the dish.
We’re also going to make the most popular and heartwarming soup called Pho (pronounced Fur) It’s a beef stock based dish with all the condiments to make your taste buds sing.
I’m excited to make Vietnamese Egg Rolls, like a good spring roll, deep fried, crispy, savoury and delish!
Lastly we’re also going to have fun making Vietnamese Cold Spring Rolls. I’ve got some tips to make these easily and we’ll work on the flavour combinations and the aesthetics of how to put them together.
This incredible feast will all happen within 4 hours and the best part is the eating at the end. I can’t wait to share these cooking methods with you.

The Post and Rail is a Cooking & Gardening School located at 7 Bill James Court Compton, on a 5 picturesque acre property. In a normal home kitchen designed to provide a relaxed and sociable, learning experience. Please allow an extra 10 mins travel time from the centre of Mount Gambier.
