The program filled with stirring Christmas songs will touch the heart – featuring vocalist Kevin Downey in popular Christmas solos and Jamie Barsello in Christmas classics, in O Holy Night and Gounod’s Ave Maria. Contemporary vocalist Teal Weatherley will join Kevin Downey in duets and sing some popular Christmas solos. Repertoire will include Mary Did You Know, Breathe of Heaven, Mary’s Song and Man with the Bag – as well as Merry Christmas Darling by the Carpenters.
Fourteen year old, your virtuoso pianist Oliver Wong who is a first year boarding student at the Interlochen Arts Academy (the nation’s premier boarding school for high school artists) will perform classical works and Evan Wolfgong will be playing both classical and popular Christmas piano solos. Nicholaus Nasibyan returns to Lincoln Hall a decade after he made his debut, playing and singing popular jazz standards. Dennis Geib will perform with the artists and solo in his Christmas piano fantasy – sure to inspire and bring a tear to the eye.
