About this Event

This class was rescheduled due to cancellation before the holidays. But, the winter holidays continue, and Valentine’s Day seems like the perfect time to uncork some bubbles! These wines are very “food-friendly” and can pair with a wide variety of flavors – from salty, to fried, to spicy, to sweet – sparkling wines have you covered. Champagne, Cava, Sekt, Crémant, Prosecco – there are so many to choose from. We will travel the globe and taste a variety of classic sparklers to help you to stock your wine racks for any occasion that could pop up.
