Systém A-tri dzogčhenu je jedním ze tří hlavních učení dzogčhenu v tradici Yundrung Bon. Dzogčhen (Velká dokonalost) nás učí objevit a pokračovat v neduálním, prvotním, přirozeném stavu mysli.
Učení A-tri je založeno na textu mistra 13. století Drugyalwa Yungdrunga, zhuštěného do patnácti lekcí z ještě dřívějšího textu. Zahrnuje přípravná cvičení, úvod k rozpoznání podstaty mysli, cvičení pro stabilizaci přítomnosti v ní a vedení ke konečnému osvobození.
✨ Red Garuda zplnomocnění
Tantra Khyung Mar (Červený Garuda) představuje jednu z hlubokých léčebných praxí tibetské tradice Yungdrung Bön. I když je tato praxe jednou z primárních léčebných praxí v Bönu pro jakýkoli stav těla a mysli, je zvláště určena pro léčení nemocí a jiných škod způsobených lu-negativními duchy vody. Jako ústřední praxe osvíceného jidamu/ božstva poskytuje nejen fyzické a emocionální léčení, ale vede praktikující k neduálnímu stavu sjednocení s osvícenou myslí božstva, čímž vytváří jasnou cestu vnitřního probuzení.
Učení proběhne ve dnech 15.-20. dubna 2025 formou retreatu.
✨ Kdo je Menri Ponlob Trinley Nyima Rinpočhe?
Menri Ponlob Rinpočhe se narodil v roce 1962 v malé himálajské vesnici Chharka Bhot v oblasti Dolpo na severozápadě Nepálu. Před mnoha lety, byla oblast Dolpo součástí království Zhang-Zhung. V oblasti Dolpo stále najdeme kulturu a jazyk Zhang-Zhung. V Chharka je malý klášter Bonpo s názvem Tarzong Phuntsok Ling Bonpo Monastery. Ponlob Rinpočhe je členem slavné linie Yangtonských lamů. Linie Yangton sahá až do doby Buddhy Tonpa Shenraba před více než 18 000 lety. Lamové Yangton byli kněžími starověkých tibetských králů. Linie Yangton vznikla poté, co se velký praktikující Yangton Sherab Gjalcchen proslavil dokonalostí svého porozumění a v učení sútry, tantry a dzogčhenu. Prostřednictvím svých studií sestavil podstatu učení dzogčhenu a vytvořil první písemný rukopis učení dzogčhenového přenosu zkušenosti (Nyam-Gyud). V roce 1107 se stal jediným držitelem transmise učení Bon dzogčhenu.
Ve věku 13 let se Ponlob Rinpočhe na radu svého strýce vydal na sérii 3měsíčních ústraní během let 1975, 1976 a 1977. V roce 1979 přivedl bratr Ponloba Rinpočheho, lama Tashi, Rinpočheho do kláštera Menri v Indii. Jeho studium tam bylo zaměřeno na sútru, tantu a dzogčhen, stejně jako na rituály, gramatiku, poezii, astrologii, věštění, medicínu, malbu thangk, mandaly a stúpy. Ponlob získal titul Geshe (doktorát) na Dialektické škole Bon v roce 1989. Brzy poté byl Rinpočhe jmenován hlavním instruktorem Dialektické školy Bon H. H. 33. Mentri Trizinem a H. E. Yongzin Rinpočhem. V roce 1992 byl dále poctěn udělením titulu Ponlob, což je druhá nejuctivější pozice v klášteře Menri.
Ponlob Rinpočhe nadále vyučuje na Bon Dialektické škole, kde je zodpovědný za výcvik studentů.
Občas navštěvuje oblast Dolpo v Nepálu, aby předal nauky úvodních praktik a další aspekty náboženství Bon tisícům laiků, mnichů a tantrických praktikujících. Ponlob pravidelně navštěvuje Spojené státy a Evropu, kde rád vyučuje sútru, tantru a dzogčhen západní praktikující.

A Tri
The A-tri system of Dzogchen is one of the three main transmissions of Dzogchen in the Yundrung Bon tradition. Dzogchen (Great Perfection) teaches us to discover, and continue within, the non-dual, primordial, natural state of mind.
The A-tri teaching is based on a text by thirteenth century master Drugyalwa Yungdrung, condensed into fifteen sessions from an even earlier text. It includes preliminary practices, introduction to recognizing the nature of mind, practices to stabilize one’s presence in it, and guidance for the ultimate liberation.
Red Garuda empowerment
The Khyung Mar ( Red Garuda) Tantra presents one of the profound healing practices of the Tibetan Yungdrung Bön tradition. While this practice is one of the primary healing practices in Bön for any condition, it is especially meant for healing sickness and other harm caused by the lu—spirits of the water. As the central practice of an enlightened Yidam deity, it not only provides physical and emotional healing, but guides practitioners toward the non-dual state of unification with the deity's enlightened mind, creating a clear path of inner awakening.

✨ Who is Menri Ponlob Trinley Nyima Rinpočhe?
Menri Ponlob Rinpoche was born in 1962 in the small Himalayan village of Chharka Bhot in the Dolpo region of northwestern Nepal. Many years ago, the. Dolpo region was a part of the Zhang-Zhung kingdom. In the Dolpo region we can still find the culture and language of Zhang-Zhung. There is a small Bonpo Monastery in Chharka called Tarzong Phuntsok Ling Bonpo Monastery. Ponlob Rinpoche is a member of the famous lineage of Yangton lamas. The Yangton lineage goes back to the time of Buddha Tonpa Shenrab over 18,000 years ago. The Yangton lamas were the priests for the ancient kings of Tibet. The Yangton lineage originated after the great practitioner Yangton Sherab Gyaltsen became famous for the perfection of his understanding and excellence in Sutra, Tantra and Dzogchen Teachings. Through his studies he compiled the essence of the Dzogchen teachings and created the first written manuscript of the Dzogchen Experiential Transmission (Nyam-Gyud) teaching. In 1107 AD he became the single Transmission holder of the Bon Dzogchen teachings.
At the age of 13 and on the advice of his uncle, Ponlob Rinpoche went into a series of 3 months retreats during 1975, 1976 and 1977. In 1979, Ponlob Rinpoche’s brother, Lama Tashi, brought Rinpoche to Menri Monastery in India. His studies there focused on Sutra, Tanta and Dzogchen as well as ritual, grammar, poetry, astrology, divination, medicine, Thanka painting, Mandalas and stupas. Ponlob obtained his Geshe Degree (Doctorate) from the Bon Dialectic School in 1989. Soon after, Rinpoche was appointed Principle Instructor of the Bon Dialectic School by H.H. the 33rd Mentri Trizin and H.E. Yongzin Rinpoche. In 1992 he was further honored by being given the title of Ponlob, the second most revered position in Menri Monastery.
Ponlob Rinpoche continues to teach at the Bon Dialectic School where he is responsible for the training of the students. He occasionally visits the Dolpo region of Nepal to give the Transmission of Preliminary practices and teach other aspects of the Bon Religion to thousands of lay people, monks and Tantric practitioners. Ponlob regularly visits the United States and Europe where he enjoys teaching Sutra, Tantra and Dzogchen to Western practitioners.
