This event is part of a TWO-day weekend celebration. For Summer 2022, we are hosting "One Degree Hotter", a two-day graduation celebration for all of our Cocoa Queens! This event is open to all, but will be specially catered to our Black girl graduates! What can you expect for the weekend? Well, good vibes of course! No, but seriously, the ” One Degree Hotter” Weekend Celebration is meant to bring together Black collegiate women who’ve recently graduated the chance to network, build connections, and create exposure for Black women in college with businesses.
Day 1: A Toast to College Brunch (11 am to 1 pm)
On July 2, 2022, the first day of the celebration will consist of a brunch which will serve as a dedicated space for recent graduates to gain insight into post-grad life. In addition to brunch, there will be a panel of professionals and peers with the opportunity for networking and a Q&A session.
Day 2: Sincerely, A Black Girl Boss Pop-up Shop
Last year's pop-up was great, but this year's pop-up will be even better! On July 3, 2022, the second day will consist of a pop-up shop with nearly 50 Black collegiate women-owned businesses.
