Spend an evening learning about herbs & how to arrange them into a fresh, fragrant herbal wreath that can be used for your holiday culinary creations while tasting wines that’ll pair beautifully with your festive feasts.
Prepare for lift-off Advanced Sommelier, Melissa J. McAvoy & proprietor of Swirlery Wine Bar takes us on a festive three-course food and wine flight.
Spice up the night... and your holiday menu! Designer Pamela Johancsik of Bomb Blooms guides us step-by-step through the process of designing a unique herbal wreath you can display on a wall or use in your tablescape. Even if the closest you come to a kitchen is unboxing uber eats, this wreath makes for a one-of-a-kind gift for your holiday host with the most.
*All herbs used in this experience are grown organically & have numerous uses such as flavor enhancements for food & drink as well as medicinal properties for tinctures and teas.
Our exploration also touches on the numerous properties and health benefits that herbs provide.
