Our concert season begins with a dive into the musical world of 17th century Italy, where the violin was just beginning to be defined as the instrument that we know today.This concert will explore how composers such as Dario Castello, Marco Uccellini, Isabella Leonarda, and Biagio Marini pushed the boundaries of what the violin was thought capable of.
Guest artists Shelby Mass, violin, Daniel Frizzell, theorbo, and David Harrison, harpsichord will join Pendulum for this electric kickoff to our season.
