About this Event
Join us for an unforgettable culinary experience as we explore the vibrant flavours of Vietnam with our amazing home cook, Esther. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn to prepare some of Vietnam’s most beloved dishes — Bắp Xào (stir-fried corn), Chả Giò (crispy fried spring rolls), Xôi Vị Lá Cẩm (purple sweet sticky rice), and the iconic Mì Quảng (turmeric noodle soup with chicken).
As we cook together, Esther will share stories of her food, culture, and traditions — bringing the warmth of Vietnamese home cooking right to your plate.
