Join food writer and chef-instructor Shawnie Kelley as she shares recipes and culinary tips collected during her years living and working across Great Britain.
Here’s what you’ll create:
- Fig and Stilton Salad with Port Wine Vinaigrette: Learn the art of making a proper vinaigrette to dress this elegant salad.
- Shepherd’s Pie: Elevate this classic dish by piping mashed potatoes into fancy swirls atop a flavorful lamb and vegetable mixture—sure to impress any guest.
- Cherries Jubilee: Flambé cherries in cherry liqueur and serve the boozy sauce over pound cake and ice cream for a show-stopping dessert.
