Join us for A Taste of Tango, an exciting evening celebrating the restart of Charlottesville Tango! Whether you’re a seasoned dancer or brand new to the world of tango, this event is the perfect opportunity to experience the beauty, connection, and passion of Argentine tango.We’ll be offering a sneak peek into our upcoming tango series, giving new members a chance to see what’s in store. Expect a warm and welcoming atmosphere, engaging demonstrations, and an introduction to the fundamental steps that make tango so captivating.
Come dance, connect, and celebrate with us as we bring tango back to Charlottesville! No partner or experience required—just bring your enthusiasm and a love for movement.
📍 Location: McGuffey Art Center Studio 11 (use South entrance, facing E Market S)
📅 Date & Time: March 6, 2025 from 6:30-8:30pm. Expect a one hour lesson followed by an hour of practice time. After join us at Miller's to socialize!
👞 Attire: bring dance shoes that you are able to pivot in if you have them but comfy shoes work just fine
💃🕺 No partner needed—come solo or bring friends!
💲 Cost: $10 for event- payment due on arrival. Cash preferred- check or electronic payment accepted
