A Taste of Spain. A cooking journey around Spain 🇪🇸
A journey, a series of gatherings with Nat Martinez from Madrid, where we’ll explore Spain one region at a time, through the tapas, pintxos and traditions that make each place unique.
Each class in A Taste of Spain is dedicated to a different region. From the bold flavours of Madrid’s tapeo, to the fresh seafood of Galicia, the fire of Andalusian spices, or the richness of the Basque Country, every month, we’ll discover the dishes that tell the story of that place.
We’ll cook together, we’ll taste, we’ll sip, and above all, we’ll connect. Because Spanish cooking is never just about food. It’s about gathering around a table, sharing stories, laughing loudly, and turning recipes into memories.

- The perfectly cooked Spanish Tortilla
- Gildas and pintxos — little bites full of flavour
- Crispy Pan amb Tomaquet with olive oil that tastes like summer
- A Spanish cheese & cured meat board
- My family’s sangria recipe (naturally!)
- And a sweet surprise to finish… let’s just say, cheesecake lovers, you’re in for a treat.
*Non-alcoholic options and dietary restrictions are welcome! Leave your preferences in the comments and I’ll adapt everything for you. I’m lactose and gluten intolerant myself, so I totally get it. We can still cook something delicious and enjoy food the way we love — and the way it makes us feel good
