Join us for our Sulu pop-up dinner series at Palete (1301 S Main St) on Tuesday, February 4th inspired by the flavors of Mindanao and its Muslim Filipino ethnolinguistic communities. We will be offering two seatings at 5PM and 8PM. From the charred coconut notes of the south to its turmeric-tainted dishes from the Maranao sultanate, Mindanao's cuisine reflects deep influences from our Southeast Asian counterparts incorporating Indonesian, Malay, Thai, and Middle Eastern flavors.
Chef Cat Carlucci will present a 12-dish menu inspired by our travels to Tawi-Tawi, Zamboanga, Sulu, and Lanao Del Norte. In respect to the majority-Muslim communities we’ve worked with, this pork-free menu features Halal-certified meats sourced locally from Afandi Market. Dining Format:
This family-style dinner highlights the communal and sharing spirit of Filipino hospitality.
• Groups of 2-4: A single family-style serving will be prepared per table.
• Communal seating: Feel free to bring a friend or enjoy the shared experience with fellow diners.

• A 20% gratuity will be automatically added, along with a Tock Processing Fee
• Reservations close on February 19, 2025. This is a pre-order-only event; no additional food items will be available during the dinner
• Parking at the venue is not free, metered parking available nearby
• Arrive 15-20 minutes before reservation time to ensure a smooth check-in
