About this Event
We will stuff as much food and fun into this three hours that we can. We will demonstrate crostini from fresh baugettes and in turn taste some wonderful French cheeses. We will also demo the classic Creme Caramel for you to enjoy as dessert. You will learn to make your own entree using the "En Papillote" method, sourdough blinis with creme fraiche and caviar, black truffle butter, lots of gathering around the Chefs table and getting involved. when we are done you will have enjoyed Hors D' Oeuvres, Entrees, and Desserts of your own making. En Papillote is usually a fish entree but if you prefer chicken please look for the ADD ON section when you purchase your tickets. We invite you to bring wine or beer if you wish to this dinner. We provide non alcoholic beverages.
