Join us for our Taste of France Wine Dinner at 1330 on the River in the East Flats.
Chef Maureen Mino and Pauly Costello will prepare five of Europe's traditional Dishes paired with excellent wines, presented by wine expert, Michael Giustiniani, offering Tasting Notes, Vineyard History, and Regional Culinary Education. Wine offered throughout the evening will be for sale at the end of the event.
Menu:
1st - Château Roby, Lupiac, Sauternes, paired with Foire Grais
2nd - Château L’Ermite D’Auzan, PicPoul paired with Nicoise Salad
3rd - Reserve Saint Jean White Marcel Hugg Alsace, Riesling paired with Brie Apple Tart
4th - Domaine du Vieux Lazaret, Chateauneuf du Pape Rouge paired with Beef Bourguignon
5th - Dessert Wine paired with Poached Pear.

Parking can be found in the back of the restaurant.
