At this special social evening, she will open up about the challenges she faced while transitioning to life in Australia and how she has preserved her connection to her heritage.
Mariam’s passion for Egyptian food and culture will shine through as she takes us on a journey through her memories of Egypt. You’ll also get to hear about the role food plays in Egyptian family life, as Mariam shares her experiences and stories. Mariam will also share some traditional dishes that hold a special place in her heart with us.
