🍸 We’ll kick things off with our signature cocktail, Red, Red Rose – a mix of Highland Moon Rawberry Moonshine, ruby port, pressed lemon, Scottish strawberry oleo saccharum and egg white.
🍴 Then it’s over to Head Chef Craig Gordon, who has created a six-course tasting menu that shines a spotlight on Ayrshire’s finest – think freshly landed Troon lobster, 32-day dry-aged ribeye grilled over wood embers, and a playful cherry & marzipan baked Alaska. To finish, a handpicked selection of artisan cheeses from Clerkland Farm.
