About this Event
Our showcase Winter Series event. Join AUT’s School of Hospitality and Tourism as we celebrate the chance to come together over food. Held in the inspiring atrium of the Sir Paul Reeves building, the evening promises to be special.
The evening will begin with a live art installation by botanical artist Mamakan - explore the idea of gastrogeography and the seasonality of native botanicals through a range of taste infusions - mamakan.com
Served alongside this will a selection of canapes based on the hand crafted charcuterie of Hannah Miller - aladybutcher.co.nz
We will follow on with three exquisite courses produced by our culinary arts students guided by some of our starred culinary alumni.
We then finish the evening with an exquisite chocolate dessert by one of our incredibly talented second year patisserie students.
Tickets include:
- Native botanical infusions and canapes on arrival
- Four course meal
- Two complimentary beverages (cash bar also available)
