Discover how sap taken from a maple tree becomes syrup on the breakfast table on Sunday, March 2, 2025. Choose one of four available time slots to participate in this program, 10:00 AM, 11:00 AM, 1:00 PM, or 2:00 PM. This free program is open to the public and registration is required by Friday, February 28th.
The program will begin with an introduction that will unravel the mystery of how trees function. Then enjoy a guided walk, which will take you through the history of maple sugaring. See a working evaporator and get a taste of spring itself, real maple syrup.
