Join me on Sat August 24th for a very special summer sound healing meditation and farm tour at small family owned farm, Chacko Farms! In this very special sound healing celebration we will start with a very special farm tour where everyone will get to create their very own personal flower bouquet from Chacko farms beautiful Upick flower garden. There is also a very good chance we will see a few Chacko Famiy farm animals as well!
We will start touring Chacko Farms at 1000 am and then we will prepare for a very special sound healing meditation starting at 1200 pm.
Sound healing is a practice that is incredibly powerful in its ability to bring the body and mind into a state of complete relaxation. Sound healing has been used for thousands of years to support those suffering with ailments such as pain, grief, feelings of anxiousness or depression. For most people a sound healing session will initiate a state of calm, peace and balance. The purpose of this practice is to allow the sound frequencies to clear areas of blocked or stagnant energy, while simultaneously relaxing down the nervous system.
During our sound healing mediation we will start out with a beautiful heart opening meditation so that our hearts our open and ready to receive the healing vibrational frequencies. We will then begin to explore and set our intentions for our practice. As we begin to relax even further down I will invite you to come to your most comfortable position, supporting the physical body using pillows, blankets and bolsters. After you have found a comfortable position begin cultivating full relaxation of the mind, body, and spirit with a full hour of sound.
In this very special meditation you will experience a variety of modalities that initiate calming of the mind, body and spirit. You will experience a multitude of healing frequencies emanating from the crystal singing bowls tuned to the frequency of their correlating energetic bodies. The benefits that these frequencies have on the mind, body and spirit are an invaluable gift we have to create and cultivate a lifestyle of integrated wellness.
