Join us as we team up with Reka from Hold Space for a Spooky Sound Bath on Sunday, October 26th from 7-8:30p. We'll start with some gentle movement and close with a restorative sound bath. Spooky treats & refreshments will be provided. First time doing a sound bath? We recommend coming dressed for REST.
