About this Event
We'll show you how to create a meal that will appeal to those who enjoy fresh vegetables and have taste for spice. You'll discover the importance of attention to detail while prepping and pick up tips from our pros on using a wok. Along the way, you'll sample each delicious, light dish, filled with the flavors of Szechuan. Attendees 21 and over will be offered a glass of wine that has been perfectly paired with the meal.
For Ages 16 & up. Children younger than 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.

- An appetizer of Crackling Spinach
- Szechuan Smashed Cucumbers
- Dry-fried Green Beans
- Mapo Tofu with Ground Chicken
Safety & Precautions
- You will receive a link to a waiver in an email 2 days prior to class. We ask that you return a signed copy of the waiver for each attendee via email prior to class.
- Classes are limited to a maximum of two hours. For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed time of the class.
