Kick-start this special day with a little grace, grit and gratitude.
Join us for our amazing oceanside Feel-Good Slow Power Yoga Flow: yoga poses, core work, mindful breathing, meditation/relaxation, and a feel-good musical playlist. β₯
This special event will leave you rejuvenated, grateful, centered, and ready to celebrate the day with an open heart.
After practice, enjoy an icy cold aromatherapy hand towel to cool down and refresh.
The teacher will demonstrate with modifications of poses and clear verbal directions over a high-quality sound system. No pressure to do all the movements. We are a judgment-free healing and happiness zone open to all.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class to check in, meet the teacher, and spend time settling into the oceanside beauty of the sea.

β§ WHAT TO BRING? : Large beach towel, or blanket for a wider coverage over sand. Yoga mat is NOT needed for this event. Water to drink, sunglasses, and sunscreen.

EASY & CENTRALLY LOCATED ON LAUDERDALE BEACH: Between NE 9th Street ( Lifeguard Stand #13 ) & Vistamar St (Lifeguard Stand #12 ) ( MOON EVENTS are closer to Vistamar st )
This is a wide open - quiet area - with no crowded beach chairs and plenty of metered parking if your driving! Down the block from all major hotels and resorts, small food shops, bars, and convenience stores are at NE 9th st and hotels start one block south at Belmar..
LOOK FOR COLORFUL PRAYER FLAGS & LIGHTS on the beach.
870 N Fort Lauderdale Beach Blvd, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33304 - for driving towards the area.
β§ PARKING OPTIONS : plenty of hourly metered & free

-> Fastest: 1) Across the street from class, we have plenty of street parking with hourly meters at NE 9th St, Vistamar St & surrounding beachside streets.
2) Paid valet parking is available at hotels.
-> Free: 1) All-day free parking just a couple blocks west of the beach ( *near our main beach location) there are a few streets a couple blocks west of the beach - drive west on Vistamar St and pass the metered streets till you see the open streets with no meters on Vistamar st, Antioch Ave & Bayshore Dr. They have empty lots with free parking around them. Parking in this area is a 5-minute walk to our main beach location.
2) Galleria Mall area on the mainland. On the west side of Sunrise Blvd bridge, are areas around the mall with free parking. Walking from this area to our main beach locations is 15 minutes.
β§ WEATHER:
We are on the beach! We watch the by-the-hour forecasts and radar for OUR location rather than the daily forecast. Our conditions at our event location can be very different than other side of town. If the weather is iffy at our location, we will make a special announcement on our alerts tab on the website's home page. If we cancel, it will be announced at least 60 minutes before unless there is an unforeseen emergency.
Bring a towel or water-resistant cover. Sea mist and light rain can happen during the event.

β§ SPECIAL EVENT REFUND INFO / * READ ALL *:
1) Weather-related @ our location & 100% refund if we cancel the event before begins.
If the event is canceled before it begins, please allow up to 24 hours for a refund. You will be refunded and a confirmation will be sent to the email used to purchase tickets.
2) General Refund: 24+ hour notice YES! This is a self-process system so you don't have to request or wait. Go to your ticket settings and process your refund
Less than 24 hours NO refund & NO credit. And once the event begins, there is no refund/credit if we get rain. For this event, you can choose to hold a spot and pay-at-event option to hold a spot; especially if you are uncertain about attending. We are not responsible for ANY personal reasons that prevent you from attending special events. We would love for you to be with us and not miss any of this magical event. AS MENTIONED ABOVE: Please make sure you read all the info to ensure you are clear on all the details about this event. We also mention this several times along the purchase journey to process the ticket and in your ticket confirmations email.
