What is Kundalini Yoga?
Known for its transformative benefits, the practice of Kundalini Yoga builds physical strength and stamina and enhances cognitive function, emotional fitness, and spiritual connection. Many people describe the experience as exhilarating, euphoric, and powerful.
Who is it for?
Kundalini Yoga offers a holistic technology that can be used by people of any belief and from all walks of life.
Kundalini yoga is a blend of Bhakti yoga (the yogic practice of devotion and chanting), Raja yoga (the practice of mediation/mental and physical control) and Shakti yoga, (for the expression of power and energy).
The teacher will demonstrate & give clear directions with posture modifications.
No pressure to do all the movements. We are a judgement free zone.
This is a beautiful wide open beach area, with a cool healing vibe & inviting environment where every color, shape and size is welcOMe to join us.
Come as you are, and recieve all you deserve!
Please arrive at least 15 minutes ( 7.45 AM ) to check in & spend time settling into the beauty of nature. And of course after class, enjoy a healing dip into the ocean.

◉ WHAT TO BRING ◉:
Large beach towel or blanket for coverage over sand. A yoga mat can be placed beneath a blanket for more stability, but mat is not required.
*A must: Water, Sunscreen & Sunglasses.
Fitness attire or swim suit. If your staying on beach for day or want extra shade bring a umbrella. There are also shops across from class for food, drinks, towels and a convinence store.

We are 1 block SOUTH of Sunrise Blvd - SOUTH of NE 9th street
WE ARE DIRECTLY ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE BEAUTIFUL: BONNET HOUSE MUSEUM & GARDENS

FASTEST:
1) Across the street from class, there are plenty of street side parking with hourly meters ( download the pay-by-phone app for faster processing ) at NE 9th St, Vistamar St & surrounding beachside streets. 1-2 minute walk to class
2) Paid valet parking available at hotels. 3 min walk to class
FREE PARKING:
1) The streets - a couple blocks west of beach - around Vistamar St, Antioch Ave & Bayshore Dr areas. There are no meters in this area and you will have to take some extra time to explore if its your first time. 5/7 min walk to class
2) The Galleria Mall area. You will walk over the Sunrise Blvd drawbridge. 12/15 min walk to class
✱ WEATHER: ALWAYS CHECK BEFORE HEADING TO EVENT
Any delays or cancellations will be announced at least 60 minutes before class.
