With the crazy of our day-to-day, we often forget the simple necessity of slowing down, stopping, and just being still. Relaxation should be just as much part of our yoga and fitness as anything else! Spa Yoga supports finding this space by combining fully supported yin inspired postures, massage therapy, hot stones, warm oil and the opportunity to just be! Creating a spa-like environment in the studio, Jennifer will guide you into a fully supported yin posture where the only goal is complete relaxation. As your body slowly eases into the pose, she will use massage and various forms of heat to assist your body in reaching that goal.
?The class is open to all levels, no yoga experience is necessary.
