Healing Arts Fridays at OM Books & Gifts presents....A Group Sound Bath Healing with Bruce White
October 18th from 12-2pm.
No Pre-Registration Required ~ Just Show Up. Bruce will be hosting his Sound Bath in our Unity Meditation Room.
Sound Bath Description: During the group sound bath I will be playing a large gong, Tibetan singing bowls, large crystal bowls, crystal gem bowls and other instruments. I will also walk amongst the audience with handheld bowls or other instruments to deliver a more specific intense experience. This will be an immersive sound experience that can be enjoyed sitting or lying on a yoga mat. If you chose to lie down for this relaxing experience please bring your own yoga mat.
ABOUT BRUCE: Through years of performing sound baths, I’ve learned that it is possible to achieve very deep states of relaxation during a sound bath. This is occurs because sound baths enhance the delta and theta brain waves, which are associated with meditation. Like meditation sound baths also deactivate the beta and gamma brain waves. The sound envelops the entire person effecting not only their brain waves but their aura as well. Coming from an engineering background with its regiments and bureaucracy I‘ve embrace performing sound baths and celebrate the effects.
