Join Paulina Rose for a powerful vibrational activation, a journey of deep relaxation and energetic renewal. On International Women’s Day, we gather in sacred sound to attune to the frequencies of empowerment, transformation, and limitless potential.Through the alchemy of sound and intention, we will release stagnant energy, restore inner balance, and awaken to the resonance of our highest frequency.
We will begin by gently opening and attuning our hearts with Mama Cacao, inviting in love, connection, and clarity. With open hearts, we will be immersed in the transformative power of sound, where sacred vibrations of chakra-tuned gongs, crystalline singing bowls, and shamanic instruments will guide us into a profound meditative state, recalibrating mind, body, and spirit.
Our mind and body have an incredible capacity for expansion and resilience when we nurture and regulate our nervous system. By incorporating breath, sound healing, and meditation, we activate the vagus nerve, soothing stress responses and promoting deep states of calm. Through this practice, we harmonize with our natural rhythms, allowing anxiety to dissipate, mood to elevate, and inner peace to flourish.
This experience is a portal for deep rest, nervous system recalibration, and spiritual realignment. Allow the healing frequencies to clear, harmonize, and awaken your inner world, leaving you refreshed, renewed, and attuned to your highest self.
About Cacao:
Cacao has been used in ancient ceremonies in Central and South America for thousands of years. The active ingredient is theobromine which translates to “Food of the Gods.”
Cacao gently opens up the emotional center of our body - the heart chakra. The plant brings us back to the feeling of love, oneness, and connection. Through opening the heart, it enables us to hear our true self and work through blockages, past traumas, and dissolve any pent up negative energy. Please arrive on time (recommended arrival is by 6:45 pm ) and allow time for parking, check in and to get comfortable with your surroundings. The sound healing experience will begin promptly at 7:00 PM. Due to the nature of the event we are unable to accept late entries. There are no refunds. The session will conclude around 8:30 pm
What to bring:
Yoga mat, blanket, and pillows provided! Please bring anything else you need to be comfortable while lying (or sitting) for about 70 minutes, Comfortable clothing, personal crystals alter items eye masks are welcome. Your beautiful self - be ready for good vibrations!
