We enjoy doing our SoulFULL Evening’s so much that we have decided to make a whole day out of it! This is an opportunity for you to dedicate an entire day to self-care, mindfulness, and connection! Our intention is to fill your cup up and help you discover a newfound sense of peace and joy😌
A SoulFULL Saturday will be everything a SoulFULL Evening is + more! Here’s what it will entail:
✨ a relaxing sound bath via crystal singing bowls + rhythmic drumming
✨ a grounding forest bath in the wooded area of our property
✨ a group energy healing session
✨ a guided meditation channeled by Mandy for this special group
Please bring: a chair, blanket/yoga mat, journal, food for lunch/breaks, water/fluids, running shoes, and anything else you may need to be comfortable!
Each guest will leave with a crystal that will be intuitively chosen for them by M & J💛
