What is SOMA Breath?
The SOMA Awakening Breathwork Session combines rhythmic breathing and ancient forms of Kumbhaka Pranayama (breath retention) with brainwave music specially designed to take you to deep gamma-level brain wave states.
This breathwork journey is for all levels of experience. What matters is that you surrender to the present moment and travel where your body and mind take you. Also, bring a friend, let's enjoy this beautiful evening together cultivating peace and stillness within ourselves.

What you will need for this session:
Blanket and pillow if you would like to lie down

There are some contraindications to be aware of if you have/are:
Severe/critical diseases or infections if it impair your ability to breathe
Severe uncontrolled hypertension
Organ failure or late-stage terminal illness
Pregnant
Epilepsy, a pacemaker, or irregular heartbeat
If these apply, the breath holds are advised to be avoided until speaking with a medical professional first.
