If you’re looking for a break from the noise of the world, join us on Wednesday, December 31, at The Millvale House, from 12–1 PM for this one-hour guided pause. This experience offers a chance to slow down in a calm, supportive space, alongside others who are also carrying a lot.
Space is limited in this cozy corner of Millvale.

During our time together, you will learn simple, practical ways to help your nervous system settle. We’ll use gentle, down-regulating breathwork and a guided visualization designed to support rest, ease, and a sense of safety in the body.
You won’t have to share anything personal.
You won’t have to talk, perform, or fix yourself.
You won’t have to arrive calm or leave transformed.
You can sit, lie down, or move gently in whatever ways feel right for you.
This gathering also offers quiet community, and a reminder that if you’re feeling worn down or overwhelmed, you are not alone.
