Dear Attendee 🍰
We're so excited to have you join us for the cake festival! This is a community celebration of sweetness, connection and giving back. Here is everything you need to know;
EVENT DETAILS:
Date: 7th December 2025
Time: 11am (we will begin the event latest 12pm)
Venue: The Barn, 260 UYS street Rynfield AH, Benoni. (Same property as Bohemia)
Entry requirements: 1 cake and R150 gets you a branded cake box to fill as you please.
HOW IT WORKS:
ONE CAKE,ONE ENTRY PER PERSON.
children under 12 will not get a box and can join a parent when collecting cake.
Children over 12 will need to provide a cake as well as R150 entrance and will be able to collect cake slices.
You are required to bring a homemade cake or a cake from your favourite bakery.
The cake should serve 10 to 12 slices.
You can present your cake in any way you like.
A cake card will be provided to you on the day where you can fill in the details of your cake and place it down with your cake on the serving tables.
You will be allowed to collect as many cake slices as you like when your group is called up depending on your time of arrival.

A cake litter
A Knife to cut your cake
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
There is a bar where hot and cold beverages will be on sale throughout the event.
There is also Savoury Food available for purchase at the event from The Barn.
Forks and branded boxes will be provided and only branded boxes provided by the event may be used to fill up with cake slices.
This is a charity driven event and the proceeds will be Donated to The Matthew 25 project and The Benoni SPCA.
