Join us for a day of total mind, body and soul self-care with brunch, activities, vendors and more!We want to show you that self-care takes on many shapes and forms but also includes mind, body AND soul! Its all intertwined for a full picture of total self-care.
We will start off the day with brunch, then get into a few lifestyle speakers that will talk about different approaches. We have the owner of Fair Nutrition, located in Hyde Park, Karla Yearwood coming to talk about Herbalife and a wonderful couple Chan and Kai, creators of InnerBody & Soul, coming in to talk about many things Alkaline. Both parties will also be sponsoring the beautiful brunch options we have for you to enjoy

-Fruit Salad
-Snack/Sweets
Then we will continue the day with a time for you to join co-owners Rayauna and Raymani in a little hands-on time, making a couple of A Sistas' Love skincare products. It will be your choice of either a Body Oil with Rayauna or a Sugar scrub with Raymani. We will also have a shopping break. Where you can shop with some awesome small, black owned businesses that were handpicked for this event and offer a multitude of self-care/skincare products.
We will also be raffling off a customize wine glass and a bottle of Yvonne wine, from a Black Owned Wine Company called Montfleur Duvin, which was founded by Abner Montfleury. Additional raffle tickets can be bought for $1 each.
