You must not miss the launch of our ASATT Project. We talking and tackling Women Leadership in our region, your voice and action are valid.
About this Event

A Seat At The Table is an Assist 18 month project to inspire, encourage and support aspiring leaders, while spotlighting the amazing leadership we already have across the area. This Launch Event hosted generously by Middlesbrough Football Club will allow us to delve in to the world of Tees Valley Leadership.

We have a plan of action across 2024-26, this is filled with themed relevant and timely Panel Events, Leaders Lunches, Dinner Debates and even a chance with A Cuppa With..... one our regions leaders. Plus so much more, to scratch the surface workshops, networking within a community you will want to know and be seen with, along with local Leadership Positions available that you might want to consider.

The Panel for this event is to be announced in the coming week.....

However we recommend you get your ticket now as we wouldn't want you to miss this!!

Why?

The dream: 50/50 - equal representation of male & female at the table making decisions.

Progress is being made - not least in recent additions to the central government. Currently in the UK & North-East we are sitting at approx 40/60 split. There’s work to do.

A Seat at the Table will empower Tees Valley women & girls to take their seat at the table and lead the way to a brighter future for our area: within their careers & education, on boards and committees or in local & central government.

Your attending this event and being a part of ASATT will play a vital role in how we shape this project, that will lead to clear aims on how Tees Valley business can benefit from women leadership, how more women can progress in to decision making positions and how we can make the Tees Valley a better place for our next generation.

Who? Is it for…

Leaders, aspiring leaders and their male allies from across the Tees Valley:

  • Experienced leaders at the forefront of change, seeking change, keen to support the next generation of leaders in making change happen - business, charities, local government

  • Aspiring leaders who want to make change happen, and looking to progress in their own career paths with personal development at the forefront of their minds.

  • Leadership Teams that are with a male majority and are seeking to strike a balance to benefit their organisation and Board Room decision making.
