Re-birthing Breathwork is a therapeutic method of breathing guided by a facilitator to create deep relaxation, stress release, emotional rebalancing, mental clarity and expanded states of spiritual awareness.
It uses conscious connected breath to create safety in the body and mind - which moves the group into a more natural state of being. In this state, a more objective and expanded perspective aids individuals in discerning the challenges that life presents in the outside world.
After serving and connecting with the Cacao, Lucy will lead a journaling exercise and guided mediation. Eric will then lead the Breathwork journey and we wrap up the ceremony with having participants paint any messages they received on Paper Hearts ♥️
What to bring: A Yoga mat, blanket, journal, pen and water.
It’s best to: be well hydrated before consuming cacao, refrain from eating for an hour or two before, and avoid stimulants the day of the event.
Disclaimer: Anyone who is taking SSRI’s may experience a migraine when consuming Cacao. It’s suggested these participants consume a smaller amount (a large amount is not necessary to consume in order to connect to the spirit of cacao.)
