About this Event
Join us as acclaimed Richmond musicians perform sacred Christmas songs in the celebratory and distinctly American genre of big band jazz! Called "one of the highlights of the season" by Style Weekly, this delightful Richmond holiday tradition is not to be missed!
Led by VCU Jazz Studies director Dr. Taylor Barnett, the band includes vocalists Laura Ann Singh and Rudy Faulkner, and some of the city's best instrumentalists from bands such as Butcher Brown, No BS! Brass, Michael Hawkins and the Brotherhood, and Weekend Plans.
Proceeds from this event will benefit Imago Dei Neighborhood School, which offers a vibrant, rigorous, and holistic education to beautifully diverse families in Richmond, Virginia.
Concert Details
This year's concerts will be held at Westminster Presybterian Church (4103 Monument Avenue), the current home of Imago Dei Neighborhood School.
Tickets are General Admission. Doors will open 30 minutes prior to the concert start time.
Parking is available on the street, but please be considerate of our neighbors! Additional parking options will be shared as the event draws closer.
