WHY A MOTHER + DAUGHTER RETREAT?
Girls need to be educated in communities that make wellness feel accessible and desirable. They often look up to trends that prioritize external beauty over internal health—let’s shift that focus. Instead of normalizing pain, self-criticism, and unhealthy standards, let’s teach them to love and appreciate their bodies for what they can do.
Moms and daughters have the opportunity to bond over the powerful gift of being female. Puberty and menopause are two major hormonal transitions—similar yet opposite—and both deserve open conversations free of shame.
This event is about celebrating, learning, and growing together. Let’s create a space where girls feel empowered to embrace their bodies and their wellness journey.
