A Return to You is a one-day immersive experience designed to help you come home to yourself through breath, movement, stillness, and soul.

Facilitated by Dr. James Evans and Ash Butterss , this nourishing day blends science and spirituality to guide you back to presence and peace. You’ll experience grounding practices, breathwork, Reiki, and a sound bath, along with storytelling, connection, and an exploration of spirituality in a way that feels safe and empowering.

The day also includes a gentle Yin Yoga session, a silent nature walk, and an open circle to reflect and integrate your experience. Beautifully catered by Aliza from Shakti Fresh, you’ll be nourished with wholesome, intentional food that supports your inner work.
