Exchange Family Center has been working for 31 years to better the lives of children in Durham and keep families together by providing free, bilingual counseling, coaching, and training for families, caregivers and childcare professionals.
Every child deserves a safe, stable, permanent family. The Exchange Family Center helps to provide support and resources to help ensure that is a reality for children and families in Durham. The Exchange Family Center's therapy and coaching helps caregivers in our community minimize trauma and maximize connection for Durham's children.
