A Restoration Opportunity: Journey Within, Release Tension & Restore Balance

Using Music, Breathwork, Toning and Body Movement

We are going to take 90 minutes and make it all about you! Unwind stress and reconnect with your body, and the energy you carry that transcends tension, through gentle somatic practices, breathwork, and vocal toning. In this restorative session, you’ll learn simple tools to release stored tension, ease your nervous system, and return to a grounded, steady sense of self. No experience needed, bring your curiosity and open heartedness.

What to Expect In Our Time Together:

We begin by plugging into binaural beats to support relaxation

***Those will be sent to you once you are signed up for the workshop. There is a Youtube playlist as well as a playlist that I have curated on Spotify, either will work. You may even already have your own to bring and that is awesome too.

We will then do a baseline check-in of your body to notice how you are feeling

I will then lead you through some guided breathwork practices and guided imagery to bring you deeper within

Following this, I will guide you through a process of connecting and bringing presence, tone and movement to dive into and release what is being felt within you.

***Vocal toning is to open space within and unwind deeper layers of stress: you open to this at your own pace and what feels right for you, there is no pressure to do it). You may even find another makes a sound that really hits the spot or speaks for some place within you.

***Movement may look like a stretch, a micromovement or even a more pronounced movement of the energy/sensations you are feeling, this is open to being at your own pace and doing what feels in alignment for you. There is no pressure to go beyond that.

There is no expectation of how you show up, you are coming for you.

You will then connect to an energy within you that feels accessible beyond the tension, that feels inviting, and I will then guide you into a practice to embody this energy and carry it with you as a tool going into this season. I am deeply hopeful these tools will serve you beyond this season.
