SLFL volunteers, family and friends have an opportunity to sit back, relax and enjoy a concert at a group discount rate of $26.50 a person. The Lobby Lounge is a special event at the Slidell Harbor Center – a Listening Room where you can enjoy an up close experience with the musicians and hear the stories behind their music. Doors open at 6:30 and the show starts at 7:00. Roman Street is an internationally trained instrumental band specializing in improvisational fusion of Classical, Gypsy and Contemporary Jazz, Latin, and Nuevo Flamenco. Kelly Lutman (at [email protected]) is leading the event and can sign you up for the show. This is a fun way for our hard working volunteers to get together, outside of packing boxes, to relax and just be social.
