If mindfulness is the cultivation of awareness, Relatefulness is the cultivation of awareness interpersonally.
Relatefulness gives us the opportunity to experience the nuances of presence in a group, with no specific instruction on where our attention should be. This allows for a deeper awareness of our natural desires, how we relate to others in a group, and a deeper sense of the group as a whole.
You never know the direction the conversation might take.
You never know what you'll learn about the people in the group.
But it's guaranteed to have you feeling present, connected, and full of gratitude for the mystery and beauty in the power of connection.

Michael Blas
Michael has been practicing and leading Relatefulness for 10 years. With a Master's Degree in Industrial Psychology and Relatefulness based coaching, he has built The Relateful Company’s Flow Facilitator training program.
