A Note from the Playwright:
Leslie Ayvazian’s grandfather Reverend Antranig Arakel Bedikian came to America in 1916. He became the minister of the Armenian Evangelical Church on East 34th Street in New York City. His congregation was composed of Armenian refugees. They were trying to recover from the genocide they witnessed and experienced in Turkey in 1915.

Today, the Armenians are struggling again, having been forced to leave Nagorno-Karabakh in Azerbaijan – a home base for them for over 2000 years.

All proceeds from this evening will be given to the charity ALL FOR ARMENIA, which works to support Artsakh refugees and vulnerable local families in Armenia's Syunik Province.
